2025 Lookback: Product Year in Review

Written by Resolve Team | Jan 20, 2026 7:32:53 PM

Over the past year, we focused on making Resolve easier to use for buyers and more powerful for finance and operations teams. The updates below reflect that work - reducing friction at checkout, expanding payment and credit flexibility, and adding automation across invoicing, collections, and integrations.

This roundup highlights the most meaningful improvements we shipped in 2025.

Smarter Workflows and More Self-Service Across Credit, Invoicing, and Payments

We introduced a set of quality-of-life improvements designed to reduce manual work and back-and-forth for both teams and customers. These updates smooth everyday workflows across invoicing, credit, payments, and the customer dashboard, helping issues get resolved faster with fewer touchpoints.

Key improvements include:

  • Duplicate invoice detection to prevent processing errors before they happen

  • Self-service credit reinstatement and payment plan requests for customers

  • Improved credit note visibility and notifications for clearer financial tracking

  • A refreshed customer dashboard for managing invoices, payments, and term extensions in one place

Pay Now Checkout With Automatic Net Terms Conversion

We expanded checkout flexibility by introducing Pay Now at checkout via ACH or credit card for buyers who don’t need terms. At the same time, Resolve automatically follows up to convert eligible Pay Now buyers into Net Terms customers.

The system detects Pay Now invoices, sends application invitations and reminders, and gives your team full visibility into Pay Later email activity - all from the dashboard. This lets you capture upfront payments today while building a path to repeat purchasing tomorrow.

Disable Check Payments

If checks slow down your cash flow or create operational overhead, you can now remove the check payment option entirely. This helps steer buyers toward faster methods like ACH, wire, and credit card - reducing delays and manual reconciliation.

Send Enrollment Emails From the Dashboard
